If you've upgraded your server to a higher RAM configuration but are still seeing the same amount of RAM, it’s likely because the server has not yet synchronized with the new configuration.
To ensure that the new settings take effect, you need to SHUTDOWN the server completely and then START it again from the portal. This process allows the server to properly detect and initialize the new hardware configuration, including the increased RAM.
Simply restarting the server may not be sufficient, as the changes may require a full shutdown to fully synchronize with the updated resources. After performing the shutdown and start process, you should see the upgraded RAM reflected in your system.
If the issue persists after following this step, contact your service provider’s support team to ensure that the upgrade was applied correctly.
