There are multiple reasons why your service may be pending after payment.
1. The payment method: Bitcoin payment requires at least 2 confirmation from the wallet that you sent from before it confirms on the portal for the service to be automatically delivered to your email.
2. Password: Using password not strong enough may lead to the service being on pending until its manually fixed by an administrator. Kindly make sure the Root Password used when placing order contains Capital Letter, Small Letter and Number.
3. Manual Review: In a very few cases, some orders may require administrative review for it to be activated. Once reviewed, the order will be active.
