Additionally, the reason for suspension is also displayed on the GoldenRDP portal, allowing customers to view the specific cause. Common reasons for suspension include: Overdue payments, violations of the Terms of Service, or Cancellation requests.
How to Reactivate Your Service:

Log into the GoldenRDP Portal: Review the "Suspension Reason" for specific details. If reason for suspension is "Overdue on Payment" then proceed to Pay Invoice for the renewal for the service to be automatically reactivated.
